Doubles Progressive Challenge - Saturday, Jul 18th results
It was a fantastic morning of badminton doubles play at Rally with 23 participants taking part in a DP challenge event. Folks came from as far as Rochester and Geneseo to participate. 92 games took place from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM on 5 courts. Congratulations to Bobby Majdanik who finished at 12-4 for winning 1st place ($100) and Vijayendra Ghadge as runner-up ($50) narrowly getting past Majoka Fahad. Both had a 11-5 record with Vijay winning the tie-breaker of points scored, 214-212. 5 folks, Bobby, Vijay, Anoop, Alexis, and Yingxia had the best records in their groups twice. Thanks again to all who participated and look forward to the next DP event taking place at Rally on the morning of Saturday, Aug 15th. Registration coming soon. Final statistics below.
