Rally Niagara Badminton hosted its annual Fall Classic Open Doubles tournament on Saturday, Nov 16th. 71 teams participated in three events, MD, WD, and XD at various skill levels. The competitive play was full of action and excitement. Teams came from all over the region from Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany, Pennsylvania, and the Toronto, Ont area.
This was the first tournament to take place at the new home of Rally Niagara, the Bell Sports Center in Williamsville, NY.. "It was amazing to see the amount of folks in action and all courts being use simultaneously. It was a real upgrade from our previous facility in North Tonawanda, said Mike Hacker, co-owner of Rally Niagara. David Kelly, co-owner, also was very impressed with the skill levels of the teams represented.
